My career journey began in technical support and infrastructure management, where I developed a deep understanding of system architecture and operational excellence.

Mana33 - SaaS Business Management Platform
Mana33 is a SaaS solution designed to centralize and integrate the entire sales ecosystem of organizations, whether small or large. It enables managing multiple companies and stores within a single organization, each with customizable product catalogs and pricing.
Partners can share products between stores, allowing seamless collaboration — for example, a store selling fried chicken can integrate a partner's ice cream products, offering a unified shopping experience. Customers make a single purchase, while orders are dispatched separately to each partner, with coordinated delivery.
The platform features modules for stock control, sales management, marketing tools, fleet and delivery management, integration with delivery companies for order overload, payment gateway integration, and real-time order tracking.
Technology stack: Hosted on AWS with Kubernetes, Route53, RDS, S3, EC2, ACM, RabbitMQ; backend built with Node.js; frontend using Next.js and Tailwind CSS; databases include MongoDB, Firestore, and Realtime Database.
Currently in MVP stage, focused on the Brazilian market with ongoing feature releases.
